Procedure for Making a Booking/Purchase of a Plot at Nongor Island
Nongor Properties Ltd. gives equal and the greatest facility to all of its customers. Company has price list based on the size and location of various plots. The honorable customers can purchase plots as per their choice and ability. At Nongor Properties, we sell plots to our customers on a `First come, first Serve basis'. Customers can avail themselves to special discounts on making full payment at one instance.
The interested customers can apply by filling up the prescribed form of Nongor Properties with two copies of recent PP size photographs and depositing the booking money. A photo of the nominee and a photocopy of national identity card should be submitted with the application.
After review and acceptance of the application, company will issue a money receipt against the money deposited and offer a payment schedule for the customer to make subsequent payments. A customer should make the down payment within 15 days of making booking.
According to the payment plan company will issue a temporary allotment letter to the customer.
One-all payment or after completing all the installment payments, dues and fines (if any), registration fee, source-tax, stamp duty, VAT, project development cost and other associated costs, company will hand over the registered deed to plot owners within 60 days.
All financial transactions should be made by issuing either a cheque or a DD or TT or Pay order in favour of Nongor Properties Ltd.
The connection fees for gas, electricity, water and sewerage are not included in the plot price. These utility service charges have to be paid as per the price fixed by the government.
Nongor Properties has the right to alter the project design and plan, the size and shape of plots in the greater interest of the project and for creating necessary facilities for all residents. In such cases, the price paid by the customers will be rationally adjusted
